ICRT Holy Fire Reiki

 A Japanese technique used for stress reduction, emotional and physical healing, and building your intuition that can be used on yourself and/or others by taking this class. This class is combined with lecture, discussion and experience, and hands on application. With each level that is learned, an attunement is given and a higher level of connection to yourself, spiritual connection, and clarity is achieved. Classes must be done consecutively, and a 6 month waiting period is necessary to obtain your level 3 Reiki Master Certification. Level one teaches the foundation and how to do self reiki, level 2 teaches you how to perform on others, and level 3 allows for teaching. All 3 levels are recommended for the highest level of connection, intuition, ad skill even if you don't plan to use it on others. Please note not all Reiki practices are created equal and even though others may offer a similar class, not all abide by the intended use and have the same certifications.

Pendulum Certification

Learn how to program your pendulum, how to use it effectively for the most accurate answers, and to influence change and healing. Learn how to connect with your guides, strengthen your intuition, balance your energy, and promote physical/spiritual/emotional healing for yourself and/or others by use of a pendulum. Take home resources will be provided! Pendulums may be purchased ahead of time or at this class. 

Journal Jaunt

Come learn how to journal, increase the quality of your journaling, and build the connections to clear your mind and offer another self healing tool. Journaling is a primary way to decrease stress and anxiety, stop overthinking, calm your mind, connect to your higher self, build your intuition, improve self-confidence, raise self awareness, increase creativity, and provide inspiration. This class takes you through a guided journaling experience and offers support for getting the highest results for each journaling experience. Bring your own journal, or buy one from our store front. 

Meditation Mondays

Calm your mind, shut out the world, and slow your breathing as we align your body and mind into oneness through an hour of relaxation and full body rejuvenation. Breathwork, sound, and light stretching will support your journey through this guided meditation as we recenter your whole being and leave you and your nervous system balanced and ready for the week.
